All orders (excluding out of stock items, trailers and manufactured items) received Monday-Friday will usually be dispatched within 24-48 hours during business hours (excluding public holidays) of cleared funds. All orders are subject to stock availability, if any item is out of stock at the time of order, you will be contacted by a sales representative by either email or phone to discuss options. Cost of shipping is available through our online store for most products however due to the size of some items such as but not limited to axles & trailers, shipping costs may not be available at the time of order, a sales representative will contact you with these costs.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email giving you detailed tracking information. You are required to make sure someone is available to receive your parcel at your nominated delivery address, if our courier is unable to deliver the item they may re-direct the shipment which will result in further freight costs, additional freight costs will be charged to the customer. Some larger shipments such as Simplicity Suspension, trailers etc will require unloading by a forklift, if you do not have this available at your shipping address we suggest you have the item shipped to the couriers depot. Damaged or lost goods should be resolved with the Courier company directly as we are not responsible for goods after they leave our warehouse.
Pick-up in store
Any items purchased online (excluding out of stock items, non stock line trailers and manufactured items) will be picked ready for collection from our store within 2 hours of your order.
