The Trailer Shop supplies items sourced from multiple reputable Suppliers, these suppliers have warranties and warranty procedures available for their products. All goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty goods. Any products thought to be faulty can be returned to The Trailer Shop for investigation, if the item is found to be faulty The Trailer Shop will supply either a repair, replacement or refund of the product. We reserve the right to determine whether the item/s are faulty or have been incorrectly used or mistreated. The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges associated with returning products pursuant to returns authorization.
We are happy to accept any unwanted items for returns within 7 days of invoice. All returns must have proof of purchase and a Return Authorization Number. Returned items must arrive to us in “as new” condition for resale. A re-stocking fee of 20% will apply to any authorized returns. The customer will be responsible for all freight costs. Contact us at either 07 4152 0224 or firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Number. No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Once you have received authorization for your return, you have 14 days to return it for a refund or exchange.
